To submit a paper please use either Microsoft Word or LateX template available by this reference. Papers should be uploaded as PDF files. Papers should not exceed 6 pages including figures, tables and references.

Both Russian and English languages are suitable. Submitted papers shall contain scientific results not published before.

Papers shall be submitted using EDAS.INFO by reference http://edas.info/N14123. After paper is uploaded, please check if all authors are added in EDAS.INFO as well as both paper title and abstract are the same as in the file.
